Help with security Question

Hello all, i am trying to work out if its possible to get a mod or script i can use to add a security question to stop spammers and bots, getting a lot these days. However i am not sure if the current version i am using can even have a mod, is their a way i can check the version or implement a mod for this? is it the template i am using that wont allow me to do so? iam very new at this and dont really have a clue so any help would be great! forum is http://knightslegion.highbb.com/

Ah well that has answered my question, i was looking for them lol, well thanks for the info, i guess their is nothing i can do them to avoid them dam spammers! i checked it out but cant find the confirmation code
