Add @ symbol to the tool bar

Hello

Since we have the great tagging system, I'm looking to add the @ symbol to the emoticon box, or better yet the tool bar. The problem is it doesn't hyperlink if I create it and add it to the emoticon box. Most of our members including myself, use it often, it would be very convenient if it was handy.

I'm not sure if this is the correct topic for such a request, please move if it isn't.

Is it possible to have one created and added to the tool bar?

No I did not see that in my searches! That's great.

The bottom of my forum says phpBB. It does not have any numbers after that. How do I know exactly which version I have?
