but i selected to backup icon, it showed me,"No backup available for your forum"

forumotion backups are automatic as you can read on forumotion.com website

If you do not have any backup available, maybe it is because your forum is too new

Your forum needs to be 14 to 24 days old before you can do a full backup

having one backup date on your tools will not work right as your need 2 or more backups showing on your tools.

My advice to you is to make sure you leave your site for 3 weeks then look at your tools as the backup system is every 7 to 8 days

my tools tell me your forum is only 3 days old and no backups are open to you at this time sorry.
