The image at "Profile" has crashed

When we edit an image's URL at the Profile. The image has crashed, In spite of the image's URL can be used normally.

I didn't edit the profile of the person you are quoted as examples.
you have to see dedog's profile for example.

This problem occurs only any person who I edit an image URL on profile.
