Inaflap forum report

I wish to report InaFlap forum for using my real name and linking it to my Twitter account. Could you advise me on how to use the litigation services please.

Don't think there is much point in reporting it to the Forum Administrator as he was part of it and answered the post. He has previously put youtubes up with my picture and my results when I stood in the local election so the bullying is not only condoned but encouraged.

Can i ask how many abuses have to be made before a forum is then removed?

It seems a little bit silly that a forum can be allowed abuses over and over and they are then only asked to remove the said abuse.

An abuse is not the same as a litigation report.  The report an abuse link on your forum only goes to the administrators of the forum.  The litigation reports go the litigation team of Forumotion.  There is a record of both in your administration panel.

It is not based on the number.  It is based on the violations of the Terms of Service.

Correct.  If you are reporting a forum. you only need to send one report.

If you are the founder of the forum, it is base on the violations of the Terms of Service.

can I report catman for posting numerous abusive abuses to my forum. He and sassy are both ex members who were kicked out for trying to disrupt the forum endlessly almost 5 years ago.
As Sassy has attempted to stand for local government I think she may be referring to the result of her council election which was posted.

You have had numerous attempts by these 2 to shut the forum down because they feel bitter because they were booted out and they dont agree with people posting opinions that differ to theirs.

Why sassy is asking about litigation when she has posted numerous litigations against the forum over the years is beyond me.
Butterfly will surely remember the numerous emails, phone calls and pm's when she accused me of hacking an entirely different forum. that was also thrown out.

can I point out that the picture you mention was taken by a friend of yours in her house and you posted it on a forum just as you do on newsfix.
I had the permission of the copyright holder to use that picture.

Buttercup is no longer with Forumotion.

It's a shame that I cannot report you for the more than 40 abusive messages you have sent me via the abuse button.

i thought she was leviosa now, thats what it says on the admin page.
I am just trying to put into context the endless times those 2 have attempted to close my forum because they were banned.

Sorry but I take issue, when there is an unprecedented amount of attacks from the same poster trying to shut down a forum, when they themselves hold some of the most abhorrent antisemitic views.

This is not only disgusting, but claiming that the Holocaust had nothing to do with antisemitism.

She has been banned from numerous forums and been the cause of the closing of 3 forums, due to her hateful actions. Where the owners decided to shut the forum, based on it would be less trouble because of her
She has doxed me on newsfix, revealing my real name, as she is that vindictive. So her claim to make this accusation is a joke, when she was happy to reveal my identity on newsfix.

The support forum does not get involved with litigation reports, so there is no need to discussion the situation.  If you want to discuss it then use PM's.

So how am I going to be able to do a litigation against Sassy for doxing me, when that evidence was rightly removed by the forum owner?
The evidence is there that she was happy to reveal my identity.
That shows and proves the absurdity of her claim, so where does it leave my litigation without the ability to have a snapshot, when it was rightly removed?

You have the evidence by the action of Ben on newsfix on the link above, due to her poor behavior and sheer hypocrisy of claiming Dean, has when she openly posts her own picture up of herself on the forum
This is a farce and proves she has a vendetta against the forum.
Its time those here took action against her.

How can I use the litigation, which requires a snapshot of the wrong doing by her, when as due to my complaint it was deleted.
Plus the fact I do not have the facilities to make a snapshot?
Your litigation does not allow for a case without a snapshot.
So where does that leave my complaint, when you have all the evidence you need off that link?

Thanks all, I'll leave you deal with it now. I suggest you lock the thread, litigation have enough to do about the forum in question without the hysterical ranting as above.

The litigation reports speak for themselves where those abuses reported and displayed break the rules of forumotion.

There have been ongoing abuses related to the inaflap forum where gay bashing has also been encouraged as well.

If forumotion isn't prepared to do something about this forum them perhaps the police will act.

Can I ask how long litigation normally takes, as I have been told that even though the litigation form was sent to the forum administrator last week, the illegal post is still on the forum and he has not taken the appropriate action.

We do not know when the litigation team reads your report and checks the forum in question.  Like I said, we are not part of the litigation team.  Also you need to understand that they receive many reports.
