All settings are fine. Admins have banned anyone, yet two members have been mysteriously banned.

you can also see who banned the members by looking under the following settings.
ACP >> General Tab >> Â Forum >> Security
Scroll down and look for Â
>> Moderation Tab
scroll down the page until you see the banned members listed This will then show who banned the members and when they was banned.

or you can do a search for just banned members by using the dropdowns
