I've forgot Admin pass, help

I've lost my password from the forum. I know my email address, but when I want to get password back via e-mail it says:
The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
Help me.

Hello i think you are asking for a member of staff here to send you a new password right ?

if yes then you made this post in the wrong place and you don't need to make a pool you need to PM any one of the staff members here and send one of us the following info

This can not be posted in the main forum but in a PM we will then remove the setting that stops you getting a new password.
