Now I know that eight years is a pretty long time, but when I was cleaning out my email and I stumbled across a link to my old forum I got really excited and I kinda wanted to log in and revamp it and kinda turn it into something new. The only problem is that I can't log in... I've been trying for about six hours now and no matter what I try it keeps telling me that either my username is wrong, or my password, or my email, but I know that my email is not wrong because I got the link to the forum from my email, as for my username and password, I'm 99% sure I know what my username is, but I have no idea what my password is and I don't know how to get it back... Anyway, it's 4:30am and I'm rambling cause I can't sleep, and I'm hungry. If anyone has any ideas how to help, or can point me in the right direction that would be wonderful. Thanks!

P.S. I already tried all of those steps that other post said to do except for message the other person. None of those steps worked for me.

Thank you for replying so quickly. I know I wasn't very clear before, especially because I don't really know any names yet, but those are the steps I was referring to when I said that I had already tried all of the steps except for the private message one [mainly because I had to post something first]. I was hoping that maybe I was just doing something wrong and someone else had figured something else out and could maybe tell me and I didn't have to be a bother to the administrators, cause I know you guys are super busy and I'm pretty sure you get like tons of messages from people and I know sometimes it can take a while to reply to a private message.

You will want to use the pm option (case 4) now that you can use pms.

Quick question: Is the foundation email the email that was used to create the forum?

yes you need to pm the Email address you used to make the forum with so thats the one you got your Email on we will then use that Email Address to make sure its you and to make sure the forum is linked to that forum address.

we will then send you a new Email with a new password if all make a match on our tools.
