Hi, im new here. I have set up a forum, and trying to members to join, but one keep getting banned as a spammer, she has tried to register, and I have tried with a invite, but keep coming up as a spammer, any help please.

May you ask your member for a screenshot of what message they are getting when they try to register? Does the user's issue sound like this one: https://help.forumotion.com/t147946-only-topic-detected-suspicious-activity . If so, please acquire all the info asked for in that topic and send it to a staff member via pm.
