It seems that my admin panal at http://3bee08.forumotion.com/ is facing some problems. Even though i can access it, it seems that i cannot find the option to activate the quick reply section and also to activate the gallary. Does the browser i use to view the forum have any effect?..Currently I'm using Mozilla Firefox. Thank You.

try this and see if its working

Go to your Admin panel >> Users & Groups >> Users >>User settings, click Yes to "Allow Quick Reply", click Save

thanks, i got that solved, then how about the gallery?...I Cant seems to activate it...

try this :

admin panel=>Modules=>gallery=>Configuration and look for this option "Show the gallery" and choose yes.

How can i get inside my admin panel.. I cant even log in!!! I need help.

u have to be a admin and be login. Then scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, u will see the admin panel link:)...try it
