When I and the members write the new post or login, then this error message (picture attached)

I'm sorry but i am finding it hard to understand your problem
Are you saying that you log in to your account and then when making a post your getting logged out of your account before you finish making your post on the site ?

if yes then there is a toool you can try and change on your ACP (Administration control Panel)

follow this really easy step and it should fix your problem.

ACP Users & Groups Tab     Users  Users options  in the members settings in the middle of the page

FIND:
Time in minutes before a member is considered "Offline" : set this to 60 then SAVE  .

That should fix the log out system for you.

If i have this wrong and you still have a problem please try and tell me what is the problem by maybe adding a screen shot

Some members report that they get this message when posting new articles. And I get a notification when logging in and posting new articles.



And after about 5 minutes, then everything back to normal!

If you're no longer experiencing the issue in the screenshot then it was likely either a temporary internet connection glitch or a glitch with our servers. If only lasted a few minutes then its like it was that.

yes that looks like a problem with a slow server or internet speed (it times out)

Ask your members to do a speed test on there computer and make sure their internet is working right.

I have tested the servers i can read and there is not a problem our end for servers we use in the uk so it maybe just on a server hosted for you and some of your members.

lets keep an eye on it for now and if it keeps going on we can then ask you for more info.
