    Solved Captcha does not work in registration?

    Whenever any of my members try to do a registration, if they get the captcha with the spinning colours, they will pass the verification at the captcha box but then when they click on Save, it will say "We could not validate that you are not a spammer. Please retry again." Please help.

    Did they press the arrows before clicking the verify button?

    Yes they did, and it says it is successful but when they click on Save after, it says they are not validated. What colour is supposed to be up anyway?

    It's ok guys, it only seems to be buggy once in a while but mostly with the colours one. I'll mark it as solved for now. Thanks for the help!
