Description of problem

Hello. As you can see in the image, on each user email adress field, I don't know my name is overlap with the email adress. In this case, I can't make any changes on the users profile. For example, I can't assign special ranks to some members! And I get this error when I try to make changes:

Do you have the option to saved passwords activated in your browser?  Is yes, turn it off.
