First topic message reminder :

Unable to acess my forum, is it down or something? I saw it had this when I went to my forum " 503 Service Unavailable".

Any ideas what is going on? When I did get into my forum for less than a minute it happened again, but I noticed that guests were able to acess it but not members.

Hope this is fixed soon, there are comments about this on the Facebook page under a post from the 29th.

Hi,

Just wanted to post my experience today.
I am in Sweden and have 2 different forums on Forumotions.

I could not get the pages up at all. As my forum is a graphic forum there are also a lot of others of the kind.
I tried all I could find and no one I could see only that it was no available due to server issues. Did not make any printscreen... sorry

I could not see this page either but for a short time I could see the "creation of a forum".

Time zone here is the same as for France/Paris and it has been like this from about 1 pm today the 7th of February.
At around 7.30 pm I could log in again on my forum.
I have made a post and asked if anyone else had problem as there are members from many countries around the world.
I know all from USA could log in but I was interested in the others countries.
As soon as I have more info I will post in here.

Oh I can also tell that I got kicked out of my forum on the 31st during the night...

I lost acess to my forum

Hello!

I have recently made a forum for my motorcycle club, and today the forum is not acessable eny more. I changed the lay-out and it worked, A couple of hours later, i just got this error

SL Gray was it a question to me?

I was just kicked out on the 31st middle in the night think around 3 am but was able to log in next morning again.
No problem until today when I could not log in at all.
Everything is fine now since 19.30 CET.

Will be back when someone answered on my post in the forum.

I am in Iraq and i got this problem yesterday I was unable to access the forums , I was able to access the ahlamontada.com ,The problem got to some, not for everyone date on 07/02/2017

it's a DNS problem comming from one of our datacenters using OVH servers. OVH is doing a DNS server upgrade that coses this problem. it's not comming from Forumotion at all.

since this morning, it should be ok. please try again if you still have problem you can use Google or OpenDNS DNS to acess to our services utill the resolution of the problem by OVH

Using elysium.forumczech.com and can't access (DNS error, site not found).

When using mobile data on android and a laptop on a wifi, both can't connect (both provided by T-Mobile).
Feb 7th the error occurred, Feb 8th it got ok, and now it's inaccessible again

BUT - I tried using student's wifi 'Eduroam' right now and through that, I am able to access again.

So the error seems to be selective, but idk how, and why. T-Mobile DNS problem or something? What can I do about it?

Hi, have had this problem for few days now at http://naistejutud.forum.co.ee/ (Estonia; Most users are also from Estonia)
Some users still cant connect, Same thing: DNS error, site not found.
Is there anything I could do about it?

Only I can't reach the forum URL. At all.

A few other info:
- Other members can access normally
- I can't access this website too (support forum) or other forumotion sites
- Already cleared the cache

I am using my cellphone on 4G to connect, and it works ok, so it might be IP or DNS related?

Was okay yesterday (8th) until 20.52 CET. Then no access to any forumotion.com forum.
Not here either until today (9th) around 13.47 CET I could get in here.
A few other forums are coming up now around noon but not all of them and not my own.

I was able at 03.11 CET to log in to my forum with my android to tell that I cannot post or move graphics etc.

I really hope this will be solved within soon. We have contests etc going on and I am the only admin.
So really so sad over this.

Just popping in to say that I can now log in now on my forum again from Sweden.
Around 3.30 pm CET Febr 9.

Other member from Norway also could log in on the forum this afternoon after many hours waiting.
She did not know what was going on and thought she was kicked out.... lol

2 hours later I could also log in to an other forum so it seems they came all along after a while.
Hope you guys can get in also.
