Forum links are broken and in the wrong place

I can't even explain this, but I honestly have no idea how to fix this



I am using a Phpbb2 Forum

and here is the link to the forum

I would appreciate it if someone could assist me with this issue.  it seems to only happen in the forums when checking posts

UPDATE I FOUND THE ISSUE THE TEMPLATE CODED IN CAUSED IT

so I swapped it out and coded a new one, everything works fine now
