Can't remember how to change default color of quote text . Change10

In the above screen shot . You can see that the quote text has changed to yellow somehow ( upper half ) . I can't remember how to change it .
This is the same problem I have with the registration username and password boxes . The dots and text are yellow and blend with the background color of the boxes . Making registration impossible for beginners . They don't know they are typing in additional letters and numbers that can't be seen .

This may be a two topic post . If so than can we fix the quotes first . I will write a second support post for the registration text .
    Thank you .

OMG how do I change it back ? to what it was ? It ruined the background of everything . OMG what have I done ? I don't remember what color it was . Plus I am color blind . literally .

This is what it looks like now .

    Hello,

This can also be done by going to ACP-->Display-->Pictures and colors-->Colors-->Background colors .
