How do I create a Poll

I've tried using the instructions in this link

After clicking "add" to the forum where I want the poll, there are no options for setting up the poll.
So what have I possibly done wrong ?

You create the poll inside when creating a new topic or editing the first post on an already made topic. Underneath the editor, you will see...
Poll Question: That is basically the title of the poll.
Poll Options: Enter choices and separate them by a line break. Maximum number of choices : 10.
Run Poll For: This simply means how many days you want the poll to run before expiring. Blank means indefinitely.
Multiple Choice: You can have the option to have the poll be a single question or have it multiple choice where you can select more than one option when voting.
Vote canceling is allowed: Pretty self-explanatory.

After you selected your options and create the topic, the poll will always be at the very top, on every page.
