I've been trying to remove this bar,

Finally managed to do it with a tutorial that took me forever to find

(Going to Templates > Index_Box)

removed these codes:

The result was almost what I expected, but I can't the placement to the "RIGHT"


Just wanna be able to move things on the horizontal properly, already tried everything I could find, im really lost, help?

Don't worry, I found a way to do it on the Index_Box, re-made the entire TCL, TC2, TC3 area to meet my requirements,
remade those first lines of the "padding" that we talked abou that weren't working, thank you very much for your help.
