Hello,
So, it's not supposed to be done for that, but theorically, it's possible to host a domain name in arabic.
Actually, the arabic characters are writen as a "puny code" on internet; which means that for example, this :
http://حكم.net/ can be interpreted with latin characters, called puny codes. Its puny code is : xn--sgb8bg.
xn--sgb8bg is exactly what حكم is. If you put on your search bar xn--sgb8bg.net , you should be automatically directed to
http://حكم.net .
You can actually find all the punycodes you need on :
https://www.punycoder.com/So theorically, if you buy a domain name with this puny code, it should work. For example, when buying your name domain here, you should enter "xn--sgb8bg" instead of حكم.
I hope it's clear, I'm kinda bad at explanations
If you need more informations or anything, let me know ! And if you try and it doesn't work, don't hesitate to tell it to us
Have a good day
