    Solved Person wants to join but can't log in

    I have someone I know from another forum that wants to join me here. She says she belongs to two other groups here. However, when I search for her User ID I cannot find it. She is not able to join my group. She says she has tried several times but keeps getting the following message:

    You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

    How do I help her? Her User ID is Linda Woods.

    Check here: AP > Users & Groups > Users > Inactive List

    I tried that. No USER ID appears. Sorry. Am I posting in here wrong? I am new to Forumotion.

    The member was using the wrong ID.
