As far as I am aware of, this forum has been banned by Onlineguardian because it violated Forumotion's ToS. Adf.ly pages often appear in banned forums.

Either that or when the email they are using is 'blacklisted' as spam. I know sometimes that happens when Adf.ly shows up too.
