Template editing not working again

Recently, I discovered that i could no longer add links to my template again. Even the links that were visible before is no long showing. I am using Phpbb2, thanks.

I don't really understand your issue. Please explain better. It would also be useful to take a screenshot of the problem and tell us the link of your forum.

I edited overall header, view topic body and simple footer and added an external link(like a customized ads) to it but it's not displaying.

Send me a PM with the founder details so that I can see the problem myself. I think that you're messing something there. To add a link you should use a code like this:

That is exactly the format i used. The founder details; like the founder username and email in the forum with the forum url?

No, I mean the username and the password so that I can try to add a link to a template and see exactly what happens.

thanks man! it's working! what could have been the problem?

In the ACP, at Design->Templates there is an option called Force Default Templates or something like that. It was activated, so any modification you were having in the templates was ignored.
