How to remove an empty category navbar?

I wanted my topic to stick together and my admin friend suddenly created a new one and ended up creating a new category, how to remove this?

Cuz ya don't have any topic in that category, except special ones i.e announcement.

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine. Please read our forum rules: ESF General Rules

Since you separate topics from announcements, it caused that.

It worked but the navbar TOPIC is still there , it only removed the inside of the category.
