From what I can see you want to copy part of that forum's design. Doing so is not good for your forum. No visitor would want to make an acoount on your forum or visit it again when they see that you have the exact same design as another forum. Learn to make your own design or simply give up. Friendly advice:Don't make a forum when you don't even know how to style the statistics.

It's not that we don't want to help, we(at least I) don't help you because it wouldn't be good for you or for your forum. You should start learning HTML and CSS so that you'll be albe to style your forum just how you like. Believe me, you'll feel much better after using your knowledge to make your forum awesome.
