that is not exactly what i want when u go to the link as u can see ein the memberslist when u hover of the users in there it makes a glow on those users

That is not the memberlist, but the group page.

yes that is what i mean the users in that group as of when you go to the users there the hover goes when u go over there name

It seems to me that you are trying to copy the design of this forum. You should really try to go up with your own design ideas.
