What time do you go to bed? How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think you get enough sleep or too much?

I usually sleep 5-6 hours ..internet and tv keeps me awake until 24:00 or 02:00

What time I go to bed depends on what time I have to get up and go to work in the morning. Sometimes I get to sleep in till 9 or 10 because I don't have to go to work till later but sometimes I have to get up at 6 in the morning because I have to go to work earlier. If I have to go to work early then I try to go to bed earlier. I try to get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. If I don't get enough sleep at night then my butt will be dragging the next day.

I am usually going to sleep at 10 pm and get up 7:00 Clock in morning. I sleep almost 9 hours and more.
