My friend has been trying to join my forum but for some reason she cant. She says she gets as far as the captcha but nothing happens after that. I asked if she had been sent a verification email and she said no. I have had a number of people join over the last few days so im not sure why she cant join?

What device and browser is she using to register?

Ok this is weird. She tried again for like the 10th time & got in this time. Why would this happen? I hope its not happening to others trying to join! She said shes using a lenovo pc & she was using chrome

She couldnt create an account. It all went smoothly until she got to the captcha, then it went no further. She was not sent an verification email

Did she click anything on the image?

Not that i know of

You have to click the arrows on the side to move the image then click the button.

yes it sounds like she never pressed the arrows left or right to move the colours if you don't do that it will not let you move on to the last step.

Hello Forumotion Administrator

I have a problem where a valued User of my Forum has somehow been kicked out. I have no idea how this happened. His posts have all been removed from my forum - http://protrack.easyforumlive.com/

He tried to re-register under his old username - JH however it is telling him there's a user with that name already. But when I check via the admin portal, JH does not exist. I'm finding this very confusing.

How do I allow him to get back on as JH.
