The height needs to be smaller not the width...
I will try to make an example rank 
Each rank to have different kind of animation needs time and its not easy

Here is a few I like, and if you wanted you could also make them. But these are fine as well. I labeled each one as to what rank it should be used for. If any don't work, let me know please.

Awesome. By any chance did you save the files with out the gifs/insects on them? Just the words.

The file names are random numbers ...i advice you to save the ranks to your personal files and rename them as you wish
