    Who the problem concerns : All members
    When the problem appeared : Sunday

    Description of problem

    I've been having members that suddenly stop receiving site notifications and sometimes having trouble logging in. Usually when a member has a problem it's a simple re-sync to fix it. This however is the second time that the forum name and description have been altered with the addition of slashes. The first time was several of these / added and this time it was one of these \ added. I've removed them but I would like to know how they were added and what to do to prevent it in the future.
    I'm the only one with admin powers so I know it wasn't another member at fault. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My apologies if this has been answered somewhere I couldn't find any reference to this problem when I searched.

    So there is no other staff members who have access to the administration panel?

    No I am the founder and only staff member. That's why it's so odd to see those changes when I haven't done any.
