all my ranks on site seem to have a shadow or glow around them if you look on main page you will see moderators etc and they all have this i would like to remove i know it was not always there..

I really can not tell if there is a glow/shadow, or it is just the bright orange background and the color of the rank that makes it look like it has a glow/shadow.
