Description of problem

Yooo My Forum Chaptcha is not showing! no member can register anymore on the forum!

Forumotion had a problem with this like a week ago, but right now the problem is solved. How long you've been having this problem? Is this recent or you've been with this for awhile?

I see you've been able to register this forum today, so, as you can see, it's not a general error.

I recommend you to erase cache and cookies from your browser and see if the captcha appears again on your side .

I have just been to make an account on your forum and found Yes your chaptcha tool is missing.

We need to run over some things before we can help you more.
Q1, Have your added any JavaScripts to your forum ?
Q2, Have your made a lot of change to your Templates?
Q3, Have you added changes to your CSS files ?

 Things to try:

JavaScrippt

Try to turn off your JavaScript's if any on and see if the problem still shows Don't Worry you can turn them all off without loosing anything.

To do this go to

ACP  Modules tab   HTML & JAVASCRIPT  Javascript codes management  Enable Javascript code management : NO then save

Now look to see if it's come back or not.

Remember to clear your browser before testing if its there.

Now if this was not the problem then do the same again but tick Yes then save.

CSS Files

Now we need to do the same on the CSS files.

ACP  Display tab   Pictures and Colors  Colors  CSS Stylesheet Tab  Force the basic CSS: YES then save

Remember log out clear browser then test.
If this is not the problem then do the steps again and then mark as No then save.

Templates if changed:

ACP  Display tab   Templates  General  Force the default templates : YES Then Save.

log out clear browser then test.
Same again to turn them back on again.
