Solved How to have a new domain name after the deletion of the current one?

    Post by water278 December 9th 2017, 2:28 am

Hi, my forum's domain purchased through Forumation is expiring in 4 days. But I want to change the domain name... I requested to delete the current one. Will I be able to get a new domain using 1600 credits after the deletion of the current one? What should I do now to get the new domain name?

You have to wait until the domain name expires or cancelled.

    Thanks Smile
So the url after it's cancelled/expired, before the new one goes effective will be back to jjfo.forumotion.com?

When the domain name expires or is cancelled, it will be accessible by the original link.
