The rankings of users barely show up. I had to massively update them. Can you please come here quick?

I just resynced it and it's still not doing anything. Do I have to start over since I didn't do that first before deleting all the other user ranks, such as trainer badges and stuff?

have you set this in your members account ?
ACP >> Users & Groups >>
 Users >> Search users >>
Type the members name in the box and press ok

Now scroll down the bottom of the profile page and click
Rank Title :
click the box to show something like this

scroll to Admin then save
Now your member should have the rank you set before

Please post screenshot after you click the save button.

if you are still having problems you can PM me a test account with admin rights and i will be happy to have a look for you.

Actually I did click save. That time it stayed. All the ranks I showed were after I clicked save.

Where is that at? I don't see that in my Users & Groups.

AP > Users & Groups > Users > Search Users
Locate the username of the member who want to add the rank to.
Click the username
Scroll down the page that loads

Oh, hey thanks! I don't know what it looked like before, but now I have to go and do it to all the other rankings. I'm not putting back all the badges though because that takes way too long and it's not worth just remembering a whole bunch of them.

There is no other way to do this you have to do this to all your staff members and all of ranks you want to make.

No, I'm talking about I'm not doing the Pokemon ranks. I am doing the special ranks and that's that. I've requested one for a Super Moderator because I don't know what that would look like.

No! S-Mod is missing.

You need to repeat the process that SLGray, me and Ape showed you, then it will appear. It is up to you to add it though. The steps on how to do this have been posted here, so you can reference them later if need be.

The only other way is set the ranks by the number of posts a member have.

Hey we are trying to help you here,

Bottom line at this time: You know how to add the ranks and how to assign them to members, it is up to you to either request new ones or look through the gallery until you find ones that match what you are looking for, this topic isn't going to get us anywhere. You know how to add the ranks now, that solves the overall problem, at this point it is up to you to find an image in either the gallery or the request section.

I am going to lock this and archive it as like I said, we are just going around in circles right now. When you get new images, if you can't figure out how to add them, pm one of us with this link and we can unlock for you. Until then, there really is nothing more we can do for you in this thread.
