[Only Topic] Posting, Private Messages, and Notification Issues

Hello everyone! In www.yugioh.gr im facing these problems:

• When im posting it says me that another post was posted when you were writing your post
  
• cannot send PMs
  
• notifications are in toolbar but they don't work

Description of Issue(s): error messages saying that there already is a new post when writing messages in topics; sometimes errors (maintenance) when sending private messages; private message pop-up doesn't appear anymore; not receiving email notifications of new posts at all.

Description of Issue(s): first of all, PM's are not going through, because of errors for maintenance (though we haven't done anything or any changes lately); double posting errors in all topics - pop ups informs about already posted posts; no email notifications about new posts; when logged in after longer period of time, no new posts are shown, though there were planty of new posts.

Description of Issue(s): When we want to send private message in the forum then we got an error message „Maintenance Your website will be back online soon, please retry in a few minutes”, but the message is sent. It’s started yesterday, and today is still going by some persons.
Plus, we didn't receive any email notifications and when we click in the topic "Preview" then the forum send the message, don't show the preview thing.


Can you help me find out what's wrong? Thank you for your response.

On our forum http://zbawienie.forumotion.com we having lately one annoying problem.

When posting a message, we're receiving a message, that someone just posted a message all ready. That is not true because in reality the message WAS posted and the system is trying to inform us incorrectly, that our post was all ready posted. Than we have multiply copies of the same post while trying to post it properly.

I have found a temp. solution. Just post it. When received a message, ignore it and check if post was posted.

Of course I can investigate it further and get more details about the problem.

Found another temp. solution. Post one post with one word. Ignore warnings. Open and edit the message.

When edited, all seems to be OK.

Missing notifications (not getting them on email or in the notification bar in the top.)
Getting the "A new message has been posted while you were writing your response." everytime someone try to post a new post. But that is not the case, it is the post the current member is trying to post.
When sending PM we get the massage "Maintenance Your website will be back online soon, please retry in a few minutes”, but it will be sent anyway
These errors is for all users on the form (admin and normal users)

When I send a private message, this happens to me

Description of Issue(s): Everyone's getting the "A new message has been posted while you were writing your response" warning right after posting a new replay. The original message gets posted, though; but that double posting error is damn annoying. Also, we're having that "Maintenance. Your website will be back online soon, please retry in a few minutes.500" issue after sending a private message, even though the person actually receives that PM.

-Everytime someone try to send PM:
