Gallery problem as photos are not all showing up ...

Our Galleries are not showing all of the photos, can you help please?
We pay for storage space and the Galleries get used every day.

Are the photos being upload onto the forum? If no, it looks like an issue with the image host.

All of the photos were showing in the Galleries until a day or so ago.
I agree that it must be an issue with servimg, but have no idea what to do about it.

Oh ?? What could have happened?
I know that many photos in the Forum posts have disappeared over the years, but have given up trying to find out why, however as the main focus of our Forum is the Galleries, I really need to get this resolved.

Has this happened to you also?  If yes, could you please post a screenshot of the progress of uploading an image to the gallery?

Hi again, the photos that are not showing were loaded into the galleries many years ago, not recently.
There is no problem with the recent photos that have been put into the Galleries, only the earlier ones.
The screenshot is of a Gallery that was started in 2008 and has been added to over the years.

Ok.  When did you exactly notice this?

I noticed this about 2 days ago.

I am going to create a ticket for the main office (France).  We will have to wait patiently until they reply to my ticket.

Thank you. I have a foreboding feeling that the images have gone for good and I will have to reload hundreds or even thousands, like I have had to do in the past.

It's been 9 days now since I noticed this problem and I'm keen to know if it can be resolved, but my gut feeling is that it won't be ...

The missing images in the gallery should be back now.  Please confirmed if they are?

I had to clear my cache and cookies for them to show, but they are all there.

You might need to inform your members to clear their browsers' caches and histories, too.
