Recently, our forum domain had expired and i, who was an admin (the only admin being active) have been wanting to renew the forum domain, but its only accessable to the founder who have been absent since 8 november 2017. I heard the founder have to be absent for 6 months and 1 day to be able to have the founder rights, which feels like a long way for that and i wanted to know if theres any other way to be able to renew our expired forum domain before it get deleted.

Only the founder account can see the credits section of the administration panel.  Have you tried contacting the founder by any means you know of like social media, email, etc.?

Alright, resolved, succesfully contacted the founder via discord and managed to renew it. you can close this thread now, thank you for the help.
