images will not change

Description of problem

when ever I upload an image it dosen't change . it keeps bouncing back and forth between old images in the gallery . I even tried to upload a new skin hoping it would reset everything back to the default skin , but nothing , it kept intergrating old skins with new skins and stopped letting me change the look of the site around altogether . I even tried to use a temp skin and try out new looks using it but nothing worked there iether . and no matter what I do the backgrown always tiles . then I want a fullscrean backgrown for the page backgrown.

it keeps mixing the old skins I tried out with new skins and some of the old pictures I uploaded to test out on it . and no matter how big the picture is the page backgrown keeps tiling . when I want it to be one full screan picture . please forgive my bad spelling and my needing to complain . I do so love your forums and all the templates . thats why I really wanted to use your site in the first place . sorry again for having to complain .

Were you changing the theme?  If yes, clear your browser's cache and history.
