    Can i create "Extra" pages to put on the forum and have a link(name) to them in the Navigation bar blackeye

    Yes, you certainly can.

    HTML Pages
    ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Modules > HTML & JAVASCRIPT > HTML pages management > HTML pages > HTML pages

    Navigation Menu
    ACP(Admin Control Panel) > Display > Homepage > Headers and Navigation > Nav links
