Hi all,

I have spent my credits by mistake to block the Ads. I was trying to activate them, but I have blocked it instead for 2 months! Is there any chance to reverse the process or activate them for guests/users only?

Sadly I don't think this can be changed.

Is it possible to cancel the transaction by any chance?

When did you purchase the credits?

Yesterday? The day when I started that topic.

I have sent our head office a request to see if they will make the change and some one will get back to me soon or post here.
I can not make a promise what will happen as I have no way of telling what the proses is

Still no news on this yet but I hope to get some news back on Monday or Tuesday

Hello @axeMaltesse Sadly the head office have refused you getting your credits back for the removal of your Ad's
Like i thought when you use the ACP to pay for the ad's to be removed you have to pick if you want to carry on and you clicked yes.

Sadly we can not give your credits back and remove the setting to put ad's back.
