Hello i sent a newsletter out 2 days ago and no one received it. I have a small forum 73 members so it should not take this long.
Is anyone else having this problem ? I did not delay send

some members are saying its coming but most not

If some members are getting it then it was sent ok.

My advice is to ask your members to look in the junk mail box it will be in there or they may have it turned off in their profiles.

Tell your members to make sure they have it set in the profiles.

In the navbar press Profiles then Preferences tab you will see something like this

Tick YES then Save.

Please also note the system can take upto 3 to 4 days to send out the news letters depending on the size of your forum and the number of other forums sending news letters at the same time as you.
