Who did you buy the domain name through? I have never heard of a place asking for a host ip, I don't even know what a host ip is.
I don't think there is a way to find it. I mean atleast not that Forumotion provides. There may be some way to do it in the browser, but I have no clue how that would be done.
Generally all the info you need to create the re direct is explained in the tutorial slg gave to you.
