    Solved Lost Founder Password

    So i start with something about fishes and aquariums forum but i forgot i start already before 4 years something and stop becuase work. I already back my old forum with APE but i have other one what i already start i have all founder mail username but when i go I forgot my password i write username and mail adress and say me this The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security. I dont know really what is problem. Sorry for this but i will write now all that in notes...

    But how to use Utilities when i know only forum url (i have founder mail) they ask for password to.
