Live Chat Issue

Hello, I am trying to add Chatra (LiveChat) to my forumotion forum. Then when I added it it's only being seen on a page no one uses. Anyway of fixing this? Anyway of making it

Like make it pop up on every page

As seen on the image its only on that page and no else.

Is this installed using a javascript? Also is this the url of your forum: http://thegameglobal.forumotion.eu?

P.s Forumotion does also have a chatbox feature which can be activated on the homepage of the forum. It only takes 1 minute or less to activate. You can activate it in ACP (Admin panel)-->Modules.

@brandon_g This is using HTML, they dont use Java. Yeah thats the forum I have the chatbox for members only I think.

Have you tried adding it in an announcement?  You can set the announcements to all pages.

That is the problem, by putting it as an html page, it will only work on that html page only.

I would place it in the announcements like SLGray said, you can probably put it in templates some where too, but it is much easier to do it as an announcement.

@brandon_g I am at announcements and enabled it. What now? Sorry I am a bit noob
