Latest topics disappear for members after buy advanced package

Description of problem

I have bought advanced package, installed the SSL but SSL still doesn't work until now. The important thing is the latest topics part accidentally disappear after install SSL even I didn't make any chance on code.

As a guest, I still can see the latest topics part but when I login it disappear, other members too.

Your SSL license is not activate.  After you purchase it, you have to go back and set it up.

I have set up it right after I bought the package. Since 9th April till now.
The SSL doesn't work as well as the latest topic disappear with members without reason.

Is there anyone help me check what happen?

Hello,

It is normal for the ssl certificate to take a few days to show up, as it takes a few bussiness days to install it.

As for the widget, did you check in ACP (Admin panel)-->Module-->Forum Widgets Management to see if it still shows as enabled there?

The SSL is working now.

But the issue is still here.

The point is when I activated the SSL, the latest topics disappear for forum members. Before doing that it still worked normally without any changing inside.

I have copied and paste all the code to another forum and the theme work normally though I logged in, the latest topic widget is still appear.

I mean this for the SSL certificate:

I do not see why an ssl certificate would make it disappear?

Try removing the widget and then re activating again and see if that helps.

There are 3 tables, so this is the recent topics widget which should be appeared for all users. If there is something happen caused it to appear only for guests then how to check or adjust it then? Since I'm not very familiar with this.

To check the permissions for the latest topics, simply click the eye icon, then make sure everything is ticked.

Please remember that when you turn on your SSL certificate on your forum you have to make sure all your links and images are all HTTPS or they will not work right on your forum.
our system will update all the ones hosted on our end but things hosted out of our system will not change.
