Admin password "no staff acces"

I have forgot my admin password for forum :http://zensehome.danskforum.net/ and then iám told to send mail to staff with info but when i want to send info i got this message ?
"You haven't reached the post limit for sending private messages" i am supposed to spam forum to send staff messages ...

You need one post in order to be able to send PMs in this forum. Therefore after this post you have done you can now send PMs to the staff, so go ahead and try now
