    Solved Premium package and newsletters

    I have purchased the premium package. I sent out 1 newsletter yesterday at 3:19 and it is showing as 7 of the same subject so now I have 1 newsletter left! Please notice they are the same subject sent at the same time. This is an obvious glitch and I would like this to be fixed please. I sent 1 newsletter, not 7. Please see the screenshot titled Auction & This N That.

    Just an update on this for you.

    This is a bug we are working on right now and I have been told that we will give you back your missing news letters as soon as we can.

    our tech team know about this problem and are working on the problem Smile

    I will update you soon on the progress.

    Our Tech team are still working on the problem.
    I hope to have some more news by tomorrow and will post back as soon as we have got a fix to the bug.
