Hovering Over Usernames not working anymore

I noticed a little bit ago that the javascript code I used to hover over usernames doesn't work anymore. I tried to readd the code, but that doesn't work. Anyway I can make it work again?

if it worked before and now stop working, that means your code is OK but other code has error and it stop running before it reaches that code

it happens to me all the time, you need to see which error and fix it

Exactly check to see if JavaScript Management is activated.

It was turned off on all forums when there was an issue with a recent update.
