Problems with Forumotion + Admin Panel since 5/26/2018

Well, finally seeing why my creatingforum.com domain vanished and I couldn't even log in or access my forum. I now realized it's Forumotion's own doing. Guess I somehow missed the informational email about the domain deletion?

Anyways, 7 year customer of Forumotion here. I NEVER had problems with FM and I've self managed everything with zero assistance because everything was so nicely streamlined. I'm particularly upset that I have to post asking for help, since I'm stubborn and don't like to bother admins.

I notice that my ACP is all messed up on all browsers now, and it's missing a lot of buttons like Delete, the Cog for settings, etc., everything is gone. Is the maintenance still going on? I can't delete categories or anything, it's ALL missing. And yes, I'm on the Admin account as well.



Can someone help me please? Like I said I tried on Opera, Chrome, and Firefox, and all the ACP button features are just completely missing. Apologies if I seem grumpy, not having a good day!

That is not happening to me.  Is your browsers up to date, and have you cleared your browsers' caches and histories?

Appreciate the fast response! Yes I have tried on 5 fully updated browsers and still have the same problem. Cache and cookies are 100% cleared.

Does this happen on all devices?

Does this happening on all devices? - Good question, I booted up an old laptap and...everything is there. Now I am really confused. So, definitely something wrong on my side. Of that, I am not sure of though..

P.S. So you had an external domain name, and it is not working now? - Yes it was previously @creatingforum.com and I was locked out for some time. I took a guess and slapped forumotion and it worked again. So admitted, I've been frantic because I lost touch with it for a while, worrying of hackers and all.

EDIT SOLVED: Thank you very much SLGray, I found the problem. I should of tried another device before asking here. I found out the problem was indeed coming from own my system. For some reason, it had maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com blocked, which seems to be the server for loading the buttons. It deleted this entry, and everything is there again. I have a feeling one of my anti-spyware softwares did this. Sorry to bother people here, I'll take my leave now. (As for my lost domain, I suppose it doesn't matter anymore.)
