    I upgraded to Premium package about 6 weeks ago and after expiry of personal domain name today I tried to choose the option to personalise form web address as part of my Premium package but when I click the button nothing happens, a tab opens but it doesn't load.

    I tried to request for help using the other system but it got stuck at 90 percent and I couldn't click finish.
