Gallery upload picture

I can't see the upload picture on the Gallery. How can i fix this problem on my forum?

I don't see this icon.

did you try another random smaller icon ? just for a test

No i don't have edit a template on the Gallery tab.

I have change the permission to Admins only, i'm work on this Gallery.

i dont see any reason why the image is not visible 
maybe you can register as a test member and check if the issue insists or you can send me a test account
